Really bad quality. I loved this product aesthetically it’s cute, however the first time I zipped it close it locked. 10 mins before I had to leave for a performance, ended up cutting the bug up to get my makeup.

I’ve never had this problem with any other customer before! your review shocked me as you never sent us an email. It sounds like you may have gotten a faulty product or something inside your bag got caught in the zipper either way you should of sent us an email before jumping to leaving a negative review. If you sent us an email we would most likely replace it for you.
